Longevity
Looking back on ten years feels great. We've acquired a long list of really amazing clients. Ones we've sincerely enjoyed working with and helping. And we've done work we are really proud of too — work that has made a difference to the companies we've served. We've received a lot in return. And we are grateful.
It gets us thinking about longevity. To be healthy as people, we know we have to eat right, exercise, and plan well for the future. Save money, invest wisely, help one another. When we launched Insight180, we had a credo "Vision, hard work, play, a little bit of luck. Where do you get your insights?" We still operate from this thinking. We look forward and plan each and every year to envision what more we can do, how better we can serve our clients. We work hard and smart to solve problems and elicit results. We play, so we can stay fresh-minded and enthusiastic about what we do. We allow for luck, fortune and karma to happen on its own, believing in the goodness of others and ourselves. We asked, "Where do you get your insights?" And through the years, the answers have surprised us.

Many of our clients get insight from looking back on what has worked well for them in the past and find ways to build on it for the future. Many get insight from reflecting on the mistakes of the past, envisioning greater things, and then setting out ways to achieve those things. Some get insight from looking outward in their industry. Some from looking inward to become more accessible and transparent. In a nutshell, insight can come from anywhere and everywhere.
Some of you might say that this past year, insight has been hard to find. It's been a year of big challenges and lots of hard work just to run in place. To that, we say, keep your focus on longevity, on the long-term view. You got into your business for a reason. Re-commit to that; "be" that, and the rest will follow.
Here's to another 10 years as the leading Ellicott City branding and design firm! Cheers! And thank you.
