According to a survey by Epsilon Data Management (Feb 2009), 57% of consumers feel more positive about companies who send them emails. 50% are more likely to buy products from companies who send them email, whether their purchases are online or at a place of business. And 40% of consumers say email increases the likelihood of future purchases. (Download full survey here.)
