From Baltimore and North
Take I-695 West to I-70 West toward Frederick. take
Rt. 29 South to US 40 East exit. Stay right, turn right
onto Rogers Ave, and proceed 1 mile. Turn right onto
Ellicott Mills Drive. At dead end, turn left onto Main
Street. Go 1/4 mile, turn right after post office onto
Hamilton Drive to enter parking lot. Park near
wooden footbridge. Insight 180 is in the middle suite
under a black awning, in the building attached to
the back entrance of LaPalapa Mexican Restaurant.

From Washington DC or Annapolis
Take I-695, I-295 or I-97 to MD Rt. 100 West. Exit at
Long Gate Parkway (exit 1A) and turn right at exit ramp.
At second light, turn left onto MD Rt. 103, Montgomery Rd.
Go 1/4 mile, turn right onto Old Columbia Pike. At bottom
of hill at light, turn left onto Main Street. Turn left again
onto Hamilton Drive to enter parking lot. Park near
